​Join an SIA Fastest Growing Agency (X3)! This opportunity will be applicable for a tenured Direct Hire RN-focused Healthcare Recruiter. The team we are supporting is a global staffing agency operating within the STEM sectors. The team operates across three HQs in the US with team members located in NYC, Austin, LA, and Remote.

A day in the life:

  • Full Cycle recruitment managing multiple Direct HireNursing openings, across Local and Nationwide Hospitals and other Healthcare settings.

  • Optimize recruiting tools & resources such as Bullhorn, Indeed, and LinkedIn Recruiter, to increase efficiency throughout the recruiting life cycle.

  • Weekly team training to ensure your skillset is continually improving.

  • Develop recruiting strategies including market and industry data to consult hiring leaders & create a competitive advantage to attract the Healthcare talent needed.

  • Work closely with their dedicated credentialing team to ensure contractors are onboarded correctly and on time! Allowing you to speak with candidates and clients!

What you need for a successful application!

  • 2+ years of full life cycle recruiting experience in a Healthcare staffing agency (US base candidates or Green Card holders only being considered at this time)

  • 1+ years of experience of Direct Hire/Temp placements with Allied Healthcare professionals.

  • Experience managing & prioritizing staffing needs, projects, and client relationships.

  • Strong consulting skills and demonstrated ability to work in a team environment.

  • Highly self-motivated and driven to go above and beyond what is required.
