Minimum of 18 months experience working in a healthcare recruitment agency
Understanding of the Healthcare staffing market ideally nursing or allied health though will also consider physician
Track record of billing and exceeding targets
Proven success of delivery into the healthcare sector
Develop and maintain extensive networks of nursing candidates
Search for suitable candidates through existing tools and referrals
Provide consultative advice to clients and candidate
Using technology and interesting & original marketing techniques to find candidates other agencies can't!
