Business Development Leader - Healthcare - Global Recruitment Agency - Florida or Remote - EST or CST

A highly successful healthcare staffing business is looking to grow their portfolio.

They are looking for an experienced Business Developer in healthcare staffing who can assist the existing team to help grow their market spread.

They focus on placing nurses into hospitals and health systems (direct hire and travel nursing) and grew over 50% last year across their offices. They have created an environment and culture of high performance and substantial rewards.

In this role you will be a part of the senior healthcare leadership team and will have the opportunity to grow your own team.

Responsibilities included but not limited to:

  • Develop and cultivate relationships that result in new contracts - Hospital or Healthcare setting.

  • Convey unique value proposition to key decision-makers within potential new hospital accounts in order to secure new business.

  • Demonstrate and effectively present our client's full suite of services to healthcare organizations.

  • Identify and contact healthcare organizations in order to win their business.

  • Build and maintain an active pipeline of prospective clients.

  • Generate leads through various channels, strategic planning, and referrals.

Required Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years of business development experience in the staffing industry is required.

  • Experience in healthcare staffing is strongly preferred.

  • An insatiable desire to win and a relentless drive to succeed.

  • Ability to think creatively and identify multiple paths to win new business.
